Grandma Nancy's Camembert

Our award-winning Camembert Cheese, named after the cheese maker's grandma. Camembert originated in France around the 1790s and is unique in its aging process.  During this time, it is vital that the cheese is turned every 48 hours and sprayed for a minimum of three weeks. Each package has a six-month shelf life in the refrigerator.
