Missouri Special

This is an 8oz package of our award-winning MO Special Cheese. Massadam (Leerdam) is the formal name, but we call it MO Special. A newer variety, this cheese was not produced until 1980. Its popularity is due to the fact that it combines the best characteristics of Gouda and Swiss. Each package has a two-year shelf life in the refrigerator.
